Decoding Digital Disasters: Cyber Models as a Lens into Systemic Risk Part 2

May 30 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

This seminar was offered exclusively for CCIS students and graduates. Watch our two-part seminar on one of the most challenging aspects of cyber insurance.

The Cyber Insurance Academy was proud to team up with RMS Moody’s in our first-ever seminar – an advanced short course for our CCIS members. This two-part cyber risk modeling seminar brought a fresh perspective on systemic risk issues, CAT modeling, and an in-depth review of the ways cyber models are built and maintained.

Cyber Risk Modelling Seminar Agenda

  • Part One explores how to think about cyber risk. We take a CAT modeling crash course and consider the various challenges unique to cyber and how this influences the way we model the risk.
  • Part Two offered a deep dive into cyber modeling with an exploration of modeling components, data, and frameworks.
